Textile Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop new textile designs that meet the needs of the customer and the fashion market.
2. Research and analyze current trends in the fashion industry to ensure designs remain competitive.
3. Create sketches and illustrations to present textile designs to the team.
4. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create textile designs.
5. Select fabric materials and colors to be used in fabric designs.
6. Communicate with production teams to ensure designs are accurately produced.
7. Evaluate and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
8. Monitor the production process to ensure designs are completed as scheduled.
9. Work closely with sales teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.
10. Make adjustments to existing and new designs to ensure they remain competitive in the market.
