Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations for maximum cost efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor, analyze, and report on supply chain performance metrics
• Identify and resolve operational issues and risks
• Lead the development and improvement of supply chain processes and systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
• Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment
• Manage and motivate a team of supply chain personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Research and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Create cost-benefit analyses for supply chain initiatives
