Sourcing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Calvin Klein. Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential vendors and develop relationships with them to meet the needs of Calvin Klein.
2. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with vendors and ensure all agreements are in compliance with company policies.
3. Monitor and report on the progress of sourcing projects and provide updates to the cross-functional team.
4. Utilize market knowledge and data to evaluate and develop strategies for sourcing materials.
5. Follow up on all inquiries and orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and proper invoicing.
6. Monitor supplier performance and quality standards to ensure they meet the company’s expectations.
7. Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of sourcing information.
8. Provide support to the sourcing team and other departments as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to sourcing.
10. Stay up-to-date on market trends and new sourcing opportunities.
