Retail Trainer

We’re looking for a passionate Retail Trainer to join the Calvin Klein team and provide exceptional support and training for our store associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and a commitment to helping our associates reach their highest potential. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and have the ability to motivate and inspire our retail staff, this is the job for you!Required Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs • Experience with store operations and customer service processes • Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching methods • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and evenings • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for store associates.
2. Monitor and assess store associates’ performance and provide feedback.
3. Provide coaching and advice to store associates to improve customer service.
4. Monitor store operations and customer service processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with store associates.
6. Evaluate and assess store associates’ progress and effectiveness of training programs.
7. Assist in the development of policies and procedures for store operations.
8. Ensure store associates adhere to all safety and security protocols.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store associates’ training, progress, and performance.
10. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in retail training and customer service.
