Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers • Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries • Maintain store's visual presentation standards • Help organize and manage store inventory • Process payments and complete sales transactions • Develop customer relationships and act as an ambassador for the brand • Maintain an organized and clean store environment • Utilize POS systems to process sales transactions • Responsible for upselling products to customers • Ensure accuracy of all sales and inventory transactions • Operate cash registers and handle cash, checks, and credit cards • Greet customers and offer assistance in locating merchandise • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations • Monitor security cameras and report suspicious behavior • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
