We’re looking for a passionate, driven Recruiter to join the team at Calvin Klein. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves developing relationships with potential candidates, is tech-savvy and is a great team player. If you’re the kind of person who gets excited about the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our candidates, then this is the job for you.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to excellence in customer service. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of ATS systems, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing tools is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure that all recruiting activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and maintain data in the recruitment database.
- Track and measure recruitment metrics and report on performance.
- Maintain knowledge of the industry, current trends, and best practices.
