Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, qualify, and engage potential candidates for job openings within the fashion and/or retail industry.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Create job postings and post to job boards and other online sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other key stakeholders.
• Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to identify new opportunities for talent recruitment.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented in order to effectively manage multiple open positions at once.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively resolve any challenges that arise throughout the recruitment process.
