The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. You should have a deep understanding of the fashion and/or retail industry, and be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and other key stakeholders. A commitment to delivering a great candidate experience and a passion for recruiting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, qualify, and engage potential candidates for job openings within the fashion and/or retail industry.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Create job postings and post to job boards and other online sources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other key stakeholders.
- Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to identify new opportunities for talent recruitment.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented in order to effectively manage multiple open positions at once.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively resolve any challenges that arise throughout the recruitment process.
