- Create and manage merchandise budgets, sales forecasts, and inventory levels for assigned product categories.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandise assortment plans.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits and communicate with retail teams to gather insights on product performance and market trends.
- Partner with buying and design teams to ensure product assortment and quantities align with company goals and customer demands.
- Manage inventory levels and allocations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to stores.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform merchandise strategies.
- Train and mentor junior merchandise planners to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure merchandise plans align with financial goals and supply chain capabilities.
- Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates on merchandise planning initiatives.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges in the merchandise planning process and propose solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve merchandise planning processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Merchandising, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Merchandise Planning, Preferably In The Fashion Industry
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Utilize Data To Make Strategic Decisions
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments And Global Teams
Proficient In Using Merchandise Planning Software And Tools, Such As Jda, Oracle Retail, Or Sap, And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
