- Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to improve efficiency and drive the success of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and achieve project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance overall project delivery.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Vendors.
Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Scrum, To Ensure Successful Project Delivery Within Budget And Timeline.
