- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for the Calvin Klein brand on a global scale.
- Create and manage product assortment plans for all markets, ensuring alignment with brand vision and financial goals.
- Lead a team of merchandising professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and product offerings.
- Conduct trend analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to make informed decisions and adjustments to merchandising strategies.
- Manage the development and execution of product presentations and merchandising guidelines for retail stores and wholesale partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective product merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for product categories.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines across all markets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve merchandising processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and other industry functions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Calvin Klein brand, its values, and its target consumers to effectively drive merchandising strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Retail Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Global Market Trends And Consumer Behavior.
Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Collaborations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Partners.
