• Create and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
• Develop and manage employee programs such as incentive programs, recognition programs, and employee discount programs.
• Communicate and enforce Calvin Klein's HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage employee records and documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and other applicable regulations.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
