HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute HR initiatives to create a positive work environment for employees.

3. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applicants and conducting interviews.
6. Prepare and update job descriptions and performance reviews.
7. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops.
8. Coordinate employee benefit programs.
9. Analyze and report on employee data, such as turnover and engagement.
10. Create and implement policies and procedures.
11. Participate in employee relations activities, such as team building and employee recognition programs.
12. Respond to employee inquiries and requests.
