Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
2. Manage employee relations activities, including resolving employee grievances, consulting with legal counsel as necessary, and maintaining relationships with external resources.
3. Administer employee benefits, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other employee incentives.
4. Develop and maintain employee records and files as required by regulations.
5. Monitor and analyze employee performance data and provide feedback as needed.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
7. Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding employee issues and concerns.
8. Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
9. Assist in the development of employee compensation and incentive plans.
10. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance.
