Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Manage employee relations activities, including resolving employee grievances, consulting with legal counsel as necessary, and maintaining relationships with external resources.
- Administer employee benefits, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other employee incentives.
- Develop and maintain employee records and files as required by regulations.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data and provide feedback as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding employee issues and concerns.
