- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Train and coach sales associates on brand standards, product knowledge, and customer service techniques to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing feedback and creating action plans to improve sales and meet targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Calvin Klein's values and promoting the brand's image to customers and employees.
- Ensure all customers are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive and professional attitude, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is visually appealing and all products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Manage and delegate tasks to sales associates, ensuring all responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and employees.
Previous Retail Management Experience: A Strong Candidate For A Floor Supervisor Role At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In A Fashion Or Luxury Retail Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Floor Supervisor, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Associates And Communicating With Customers. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing And Motivating A Team, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
