Floor Supervisor

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among the team.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers and increase brand awareness.
- Continuously monitor and improve store operations, identifying and addressing any inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Prior Supervisory Experience: A Floor Supervisor At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Ensure Smooth Operations On The Sales Floor.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise Among Team Members.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Floor Supervisor Should Be An Effective Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing. They Will Be Responsible For Relaying Important Information And Instructions To Their Team, As Well As Communicating With Other Departments And Higher Management.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Techniques. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Make Informed Decisions And Provide Guidance To Their Team.
