- Utilize strong retail background and knowledge of fashion to assist customers and drive sales.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, store policies, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.

Previous Retail Experience: A Floor Supervisor At Calvin Klein Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Their Ability To Manage A Team.
Leadership Skills: A Floor Supervisor Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Direction And Motivation To Team Members, And Handle Conflicts Effectively. They Should Also Be Able To Lead By Example And Set A Positive Tone For The Team.
Product Knowledge: It Is Essential For A Floor Supervisor To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Calvin Klein Brand And Products. They Should Be Able To Educate And Train Team Members On Product Features, Benefits, And Selling Techniques To Ensure A High Level Of Customer Service.
Customer Service Skills: A Floor Supervisor Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Ease. They Should Be Able To Identify And Address Customer Needs, Provide Solutions To Problems, And Maintain A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Floor Supervisor To Ensure Smooth Operations And A Cohesive Team.
