
Associate Manager, Paid Social

- Develop and execute paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and fashion to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
- Create compelling and visually appealing social media content that aligns with the brand's image and messaging.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify social media presence and reach new audiences.
- Manage social media budget and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills in social media management and strategy.
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at events and on social media platforms.
- Monitor and address any potential issues or crises on social media, working with the appropriate teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Act as a brand advocate and maintain a deep understanding of the brand's values, mission, and vision.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Paid Social Media Advertising, Preferably In The Fashion Or Retail Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms, Algorithms, And Advertising Best Practices.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead A Team.
