1. Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling.
2. Drive sales and meet sales goals by analyzing sales trends and implementing effective strategies.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
4. Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of product knowledge.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, fashion, and competition to make informed decisions for the store.
11. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.

13. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to improve store performance.
14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment for employees and customers.
15. Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
