11. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new security personnel, ensuring a diverse and qualified team.
12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for security staff.
13. Act as a liaison with local law enforcement agencies and participate in joint training exercises and emergency response drills.
14. Collaborate with university administration to develop and manage the campus security budget.
15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
