
Talent Acquisition Analyst
We are excited to announce the opportunity to join the California State University, Fullerton team as a Talent Acquisition Analyst. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to source, select, and onboard top talent to meet the University’s strategic goals. We’re looking for a candidate with the ability to think critically and strategically, to provide excellent customer service, and to effectively manage multiple projects with poise and accuracy. This position requires a passion for the talent acquisition process and a commitment to recruiting the best and brightest candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources. You must also be highly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. In addition, you should have the ability to think quickly and creatively while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to source, select, and onboard top talent
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure the University’s strategic goals are met
- Effectively manage multiple projects with poise and accuracy
- Utilize critical and strategic thinking to ensure best practices are applied
- Optimize the talent acquisition process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Create job descriptions and post job listings
- Maintain records of recruitment activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a successful onboarding process
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work independently and collaboratively
