Financial Manager

The Financial Manager is responsible for budget development, budget administration, fiscal operations, and financial reporting for all funds allocated to the Office of the President. Implements internal fiscal controls, and prepares financial reports using a variety of report writing tools. Provides periodic reports to the Chief of Staff to the President regarding the current status of all State and non-State accounts allocated and managed by the President's Office. Creates and maintains internal systems to reconcile financial and procurement records with all three financial systems. Independently exercises sound business judgment in determining and achieving objectives on a day-to-day basis and in meeting established goals. Interprets, applies, and recommends modifications to procedures as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
