
Employee Resource Manager
The Employee Resources Manager for University Advancement facilitates Human Resource functions, programs, compliance and processes in collaboration and consultation with campus-wide Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion (HRDI). This position acts as an internal resource in interpreting and advising management and staff in matters related to all human resources functions including employment, classification, compensation, evaluation, discipline, workplace safety and compliance training. Oversees all tasks related to human resources day-to-day operations, takes leadership in collaborating with, and serves as liaison between University Advancement and HRDI.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a human resources environment
2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Ability to handle potentially sensitive situations, persuasive and skillful in inducing agreement.
