Job Description

California State University, Fullerton is now hiring a Disability Management Specialist to join our Office of Student Health and Counseling Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive disability management services, including comprehensive evaluations and assessments to students with disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of disability management policies and procedures, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of individuals with disabilities, this could be the perfect fit for you!Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities• Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving and organizational skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and good judgement• Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws
