Custodial Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Custodial Operations Manager to join the California State University, Fullerton's custodial team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall management of our custodial operations and must demonstrate the ability to ensure that all custodial duties are performed efficiently and in accordance with university standards. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree or higher in facility management or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They should also have a demonstrated knowledge of the principles of cleaning and safety, as well as a commitment to creating a safe and healthy environment for our university community.The Custodial Operations Manager must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They should be detail-oriented and have the ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement effective strategies. Furthermore, they should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, understand budgetary constraints, and remain up-to-date on current custodial trends.
