
Compensation Analyst
The position is primarily responsible for conducting compensation and classification-related analysis, including but not limited to classification reviews, salary reviews, reassignment, salary stipends, in-range progressions, appointment changes, etc. for staff and management positions. Assists in reporting salary information. Interprets and applies various Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) salary programs, federal and state laws as well as complex and sensitive CSU Classification Standards and salary data.
4+ years of relevant experience
Thorough knowledge of the policies and outside regulations pertaining to the applicable program
Work experience involving the study and analysis or improvement of administrative policies
