Building Service Engineer
Facilities Management provides oversight of university resources and assets and is responsible for the development of the University’s facilities including land use planning, capital improvement, project development, construction, as well as facilities operations and maintenance including custodial services, landscape services, building trade services, mechanical and electrical, and recycling services. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Building Service Engineer. Operate, maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect the mechanical equipment and components related to the Central Plant including the trigeneration plant absorption chillers and turbine.
Two years of journey-level experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler, heating, ventilating, refrigeration
Experience with Andover Infiniti EMS and BMS.
Knowledge of building systems in large facilities.
Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, plans, drawings and specifications.
