Admissions Information Center Associate

4. Greet visitors and ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Manage data entry and provide reports as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions with prospective students.
7. Follow university policies and procedures.
8. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service.
9. Stay up-to-date on university happenings and events.
10. Support other Admissions Information Center team members as needed.
