Job Description

Technical Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the End User Computing (EUC) needs within the CPK Restaurant Support Center. Provide 1st level technical support and expertise for Mac OS, Windows 7 and Windows 10. Active Directory — User profile and account maintenance. Desktop/Mobile phone email configuration. Windows laptop and desktop computer setup or recovery. Printer setup. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
