As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. Greet and welcome guests to California Pizza Kitchen in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
Take accurate orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.
Monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to any issues or complaints.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food.
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guests' dining experience.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work station and dining area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance guests' dining experience.
