Create unique and delicious pizza recipes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Showcase culinary skills and creativity by crafting California Pizza Kitchen's signature pizzas.
Ensure all pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet the company's quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station to promote food safety and efficiency.
Follow all recipes and portion control guidelines accurately and consistently.
Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Communicate any supply or equipment needs to kitchen management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of pizzas.
Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and make recommendations to guests.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.
Continuously strive to improve pizza making techniques and processes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new pizza flavors for inspiration.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications

Previous Experience Working As A Cook In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment.

Familiarity With Using And Maintaining Kitchen Equipment, Such As Pizza Ovens And Mixers.
