- Continuously assess and improve kitchen operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or kitchen-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a role model for the kitchen team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu items.
- Communicate effectively with management and provide regular updates on kitchen performance.
- Uphold the values and standards of California Pizza Kitchen and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Previous Management Experience In A High-Volume Restaurant Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations.
Ability To Create And Maintain A Positive And Efficient Kitchen Team.
Skilled In Menu Planning, Inventory Management, And Cost Control.
