- Provide accurate information about the menu, specials, and promotions to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, including menus and promotional materials.
- Work closely with management to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
