- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and take-out orders.
- Assist guests with special needs or requests, ensuring their dining experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Effectively communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and timely seating process.
