  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talented and diverse students to the California Institute of Technology.
  2. Serve as a liaison between the admissions office and prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance about the college admissions process.
  3. Review and evaluate applications to make informed decisions on admissions and scholarship awards.
  4. Conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families to showcase the unique opportunities and offerings at Caltech.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to expand the reach and influence of the admissions office.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in college admissions to continuously improve recruitment and enrollment strategies.
  7. Collaborate with the admissions team to plan and execute recruitment events, both on and off campus.
  8. Participate in outreach activities and events to promote Caltech and engage with prospective students.
  9. Communicate effectively with students, families, and other stakeholders through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the admissions office, representing the institution in a professional and positive manner.
  11. Assist with the preparation and delivery of admissions presentations and materials for various audiences.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment and admissions activities.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and offices at Caltech to support student success and retention efforts.
  14. Attend conferences and professional development opportunities to stay informed and connected within the higher education community.
  15. Embrace the values and mission of Caltech and serve as a positive ambassador for the institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Counseling, Or Psychology.

  • 2+ Years Of Experience In College Admissions, Preferably At A Highly Selective Institution.

  • Knowledge Of California Institute Of Technology Admissions Policies And Procedures.
