  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to effectively manage the institution's cash flow and investments.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities for the institution.
  3. Create and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective banking services.
  4. Manage the institution's debt and investment portfolios, making informed decisions to optimize returns.
  5. Oversee the daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliations.
  6. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Trustees.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in treasury management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Supervise and mentor treasury staff, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  10. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost savings.
  11. Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  12. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and government agencies.
  13. Ensure the security and confidentiality of financial information and transactions.
  14. Represent the institution in financial and treasury-related matters, including attending conferences and networking events.
  15. Uphold the institution's values and mission while performing all duties and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Institution Or Non-Profit Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Regulations Related To Treasury Operations, Including Cash Management, Investments, And Debt Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Financial Plans.

  • Experience With Financial Systems And Software, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Treasury Workstation, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
