  12. Act as a brand ambassador for the institution, upholding its values and promoting its achievements through social media.
  13. Monitor and respond to any social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Network and attend events to represent the institution and create social media content.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the institution's social media presence and strategy.

Job Qualifications
