  1. Conduct research and development projects in collaboration with the team of scientists and engineers at Caltech.
  2. Design and develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.

  13. Mentor and train junior researchers and provide technical guidance and support.
  14. Participate in conferences, workshops, and other professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Caltech and represent the institution positively in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Academic Background In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree And Preferably A Master's Or Phd From A Reputable Institution.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Conducting Research, Ideally In An Academic Or Industrial Setting.

  • Proficient In Relevant Programming Languages And Software Tools, Such As Matlab, Python, And Cad Software.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments And Analyze Data.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Researchers, Present Findings, And Write Technical Reports.
