QA Testing Manager

Responsible for ensuring the quality of ERP software and administrative systems. Leading quality assurance efforts related to ERP projects and software development. Setting annual ERP patching and testing strategy and schedules. Coordinating with IT Managers and Business Process owners to determine patching windows. Supervises testing and documentation support staff. Coordinates resources and manages equipment and systems necessary for executing test scripts. Provides the testing teams with guidelines and structure for test execution. Becomes actively involved in the daily execution of some projects when required to meet schedules or resolve complex issues. Responsible for some of the hands-on testing where appropriate. Managing the Test Script Library and Test Results; track testing progress and report.
