Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Research Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
