  1. Design, implement, and maintain complex network systems to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement network solutions that support cutting-edge research and educational initiatives.
  3. Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  4. Conduct regular network audits and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
  5. Monitor network performance and identify areas for optimization.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
  7. Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other technologies.
  9. Work with vendors to evaluate and implement new network technologies.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies as needed.
  11. Train and mentor junior network engineers.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on network projects and initiatives.
  13. Adhere to industry best practices and security protocols to protect the network infrastructure.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess network performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering, Preferably In A Large-Scale, Complex Network Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Routing, Switching, And Security.

  • Experience With Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
