- Manage the campus card system and ensure its proper functioning for all members of the campus community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff by promptly and accurately addressing their inquiries and concerns related to the campus card system.
- Process and issue campus cards to new students, faculty, and staff, ensuring all necessary information and permissions are collected.
- Maintain accurate records of all campus card transactions and activities, including card replacements and deactivations.
- Collaborate with various departments on campus to ensure the campus card system meets their specific needs and requirements.
- Train and assist campus community members in using the campus card system, including troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the campus card system, making recommendations for updates and upgrades as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to campus card services and utilize this knowledge to enhance the services provided.
- Assist with the planning and execution of campus card-related events and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all campus card system data and information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Hospitality
Experience Working In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A University Or Campus Setting
Knowledge Of Campus Card Systems And Processes, Including Id Card Production, Meal Plans, And Access Control
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Students, Staff, And Faculty
Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information In A Professional Manner.
