
Assistant Grants Manager

- Manage and oversee all aspects of grant and contract administration for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations and guidelines related to grants and contracts.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and submit grant proposals, including budget preparation and submission of required documents.
- Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of funds.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for grant-related inquiries and provide guidance and assistance to faculty and staff on grant-related matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies and partners.
- Review and negotiate grant agreements and contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for the organization.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for grants and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in grant regulations and guidelines, and advise the organization accordingly.
- Provide training and support to faculty and staff on grant and contract management processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all grant-related activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase grant funding opportunities for the organization.
- Work closely with research teams to facilitate the successful execution of grant-funded projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate submission of progress reports and other required grant-related documents.
- Uphold the mission and values of the organization and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Management Or A Similar Role.
Proficiency In Grant Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Track Multiple Grants Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And External Stakeholders.
