As the Assistant Grants Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines, and supporting the research efforts of our faculty and staff.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of grant and contract administration for the organization.
  2. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations and guidelines related to grants and contracts.
  3. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and submit grant proposals, including budget preparation and submission of required documents.
  4. Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of funds.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for grant-related inquiries and provide guidance and assistance to faculty and staff on grant-related matters.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies and partners.
  7. Review and negotiate grant agreements and contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for the organization.
  8. Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for grants and contracts.
  9. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in grant regulations and guidelines, and advise the organization accordingly.
  10. Provide training and support to faculty and staff on grant and contract management processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all grant-related activities.
  12. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase grant funding opportunities for the organization.
  13. Work closely with research teams to facilitate the successful execution of grant-funded projects.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate submission of progress reports and other required grant-related documents.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of the organization and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Management Or A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Grant Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Track Multiple Grants Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And External Stakeholders.
