
Administrative Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.
- Manage and maintain department calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Organize and coordinate department meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Monitor and respond to department emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
- Maintain and update department documents, databases, and records.
- Assist with the planning and execution of department events and projects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for department staff.
- Process department invoices, expenses, and other financial documents.
- Act as a liaison between the department and external stakeholders, such as vendors and partners.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for department initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase department efficiency and productivity.
- Train and onboard new department staff as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support Role
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Staff, Faculty, And External Partners
