  1. Collaborate with team of experts to develop and implement cutting-edge video processing algorithms for various platforms and products.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on latest advancements in video technology to inform algorithm development.
  3. Write high quality, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  4. Analyze and optimize algorithm performance to ensure high quality video output.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to understand and meet product requirements.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Document and maintain algorithm specifications, design, and implementation details.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing algorithms and work towards solutions.
  9. Proactively identify and propose improvements to existing algorithms and processes.
  10. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Video Compression Algorithms: Candidates Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Video Compression Techniques And Algorithms, Such As H.264, Hevc, And Av1.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: Experience With Programming Languages Like C++, Python, And Java Is Essential For Developing And Optimizing Video Codec Algorithms.

  • Familiarity With Video Coding Standards: Candidates Should Have Knowledge Of Video Coding Standards Like Mpeg, Itu-T, And Iso, And Be Able To Implement Them In Practical Solutions.

  • Experience With Multimedia Frameworks: Familiarity With Multimedia Frameworks Like Ffmpeg, Gstreamer, And Webrtc Will Be Beneficial In Developing And Optimizing Video Codec Algorithms.
