- Develop and implement training programs that align with our company's values and goals.
- Create mechanisms and strategies to promote a positive and inclusive working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to design training materials and initiatives.

- Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistency and alignment of training and mechanisms across all regions.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to employee training and development.
- Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to training and mechanisms based on employee input and data analysis.
- Represent the company and its values to external partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs And Mechanisms For A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Global Organizational Culture And Experience Working With Diverse Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
