Training and Mechanism Partner

- Develop and implement training programs and mechanisms to support the growth and success of employees at ByteDance
- Design and deliver effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online resources
- Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure ByteDance remains at the forefront of employee development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through effective communication and promotion of training opportunities
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure training needs are understood and addressed
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to a wide range of resources for employee development
- Communicate and reinforce company values, policies, and procedures through training programs and mechanisms.
Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Training Program Design And Delivery, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Technology Company.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Training Initiatives And Measuring Their Impact On Employee Performance.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience With Various Training Methods, Such As E-Learning, Classroom Instruction, And On-The-Job Training.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
