Technical PMO, Global E-commerce Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage technical projects for ByteDance's Global E-commerce Engineering team.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technology.
- Collaborate with other PMOs and project managers to share best practices and improve project management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or failures.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to senior management.
- Participate in project planning and decision-making processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On Technical Projects In The E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Understanding And Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools Such As Jira Or Trello.
Experience In Managing Global Teams And Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Results On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
