- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and understand recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, such as job fairs and career fairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other sources for potential candidate referrals.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Strategies
Proficient In Using Recruitment Tools And Platforms, Such As Linkedin And Applicant Tracking Systems
