- Conduct synthesis and static timing analysis (STA) for digital designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design specifications and requirements.
- Develop and implement synthesis and STA strategies to optimize performance, power, and area.
- Troubleshoot and debug any synthesis or timing issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in synthesis and STA methodologies.
- Generate and maintain design and timing constraints.
- Utilize industry-standard EDA tools for synthesis and timing analysis.
- Perform design verification and sign-off for timing closure.
- Communicate progress and issues to project managers and team members.
- Continuously improve and optimize design methodologies and processes.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on synthesis and STA techniques.
- Work closely with physical design and layout teams to ensure timing closure.
- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure designs meet performance, power, and area targets.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asic Synthesis And Static Timing Analysis.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Eda Tools Such As Synopsys Design Compiler, Primetime, And Formality.
Strong Understanding Of Rtl Design, Synthesis, And Timing Constraints.
Familiarity With Industry-Standard Design Methodologies Such As Cdc, Dft, And Power Optimization Techniques.
