- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions for our global payment infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our payment systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of our payment systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Identify and proactively address potential technical challenges and roadblocks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Document code and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow in their technical skills and expertise.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 5 Years Focused On Global Payment Treasury Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Global Payment Infrastructure, Including Swift, Chips, And Local Clearing Systems.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Secure And Scalable Payment Systems For Large-Scale Global Organizations.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Particularly In The Areas Of Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) And Know-Your-Customer (Kyc).
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders Across Different Regions And Time Zones.
